ACost Quantity Surveyors (Pty) Ltd, a broad-based black owned empowerment company, was founded in 2009. The formation and strength of the company is attributed to it’s founding member’s extensive retail and commercial property experience gained over the past one and half decades. The company has since grown into a fully fledged organisation with the completion of various successful commercial projects.
