Mr Prineal Rajaram has 20 years of experience in professional quantity surveying, he developed his specialised commercial experience during the years 2002 – 2009 at Norval Wentzel Steinberg where he became a partner at the firm. He thereafter ventured into entrepreneurship and founded his own consultancy practise: ACost Quantity Surveyors, which has grown progressively over the years, and built a solid reputation in the market with his clients, which include JSE listed property funds and various other corporate and private sector clients. Prineal recent achievements has been the appointment as a commercial transaction advisor to the Gautrain Expansion Project and the network extensions, and the lead member of various consortium and Private Public Partnership arrangements.
