Project Description

The redevelopment and improvements of 51 Pritchard Street Shopping Centre, situated in Johannesburg CBD. The redevelopment included downsizing the existing Edgars of approximately 10 000 sq meters (largest in the country) to 4 000 sq. meters with a new “look-and-feel” store design. The rest of the centre was reconfigured to attract a more modern tenant mix and included a new Shoprite Checkers, Woolworths and Clicks. The external works included the reconfiguration of the mall entrances and associated parking areas.

The development was successfully completed in 2022.
