Mr Prineal Rajaram started his career with a leading quantity surveying practice, where his passion for the quantity surveying profession emerged and his area of expertise in commercial projects evolved. Prineal understood through mentorship at an early age of his career the importance of being present and fully engaged in projects. This meant dealing with the complexities of implementing and delivering large scale projects with Clients and other industry Professionals.

He has been involved in Sandton City, Eastgate and the Southgate Mall Reconfiguration, and more recently in the migration of Green Energy. His experience and speciality in engineering projects commenced with the development of an intermodal rail facility called: Bridge City where he was the lead quantity surveyor. He was thereafter appointed by Bombela Concession Company as a commercial transaction advisor in the acquisition of additional rolling stock, signalling upgrade and depot enhancements. He is also currently involved in the Gautrain Network Extensions: Route Determination Study and the Gautrain Capacity and Revenue Study.
