The redevelopment and improvements of the previously known East Rand Galleria Shopping Centre, situated in Boksburg. The redevelopment included the downsizing of the existing Pick n Pay “Hyper” of approximately 22 000 sq meters (largest in the country) to 14 000 sq. meters with a new “look-and-feel” store design. The rest of the centre was reconfigured to attract a more modern tenant mix and included a new food court section.
The external works included the reconfiguration of the mall entrances and associated parking areas. The development was successfully completed in 2017.
